Cancellation & Subscription Policy

At Sairam Solutions Ltd. (operating as SAMA Homes), we aim to provide ultimate flexibility while ensuring our Canadian fulfillment studio processes your orders as efficiently as possible. This policy outlines how standard retail orders, automated subscriptions, and artisan pre-orders can be modified or canceled.

1. Standard Order Cancellations (The Grace Period)

Because our fulfillment team works quickly to process and pack your order (typically within 1 to 5 business days), we offer a strict 12-hour cancellation window for standard retail orders.

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must email connect@samahomes.ca with the subject line "URGENT CANCELLATION" within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Beyond the Window: If the 12-hour window has passed, or if the order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to our couriers, the order cannot be canceled. You must wait for the item to arrive and follow our standard Return Policy procedures.

2. Grooming, Wellness & Aromatherapy Subscriptions

To ensure you never run out of precision shaving blades, clean-burning aromatherapy, or daily wellness supplies, SAMA Homes offers automated subscription deliveries.

  • Billing & Frequency: Your payment details are securely encrypted via our payment gateway. You will automatically be charged based on the frequency selected at checkout.
  • Total Control: You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via the personalized portal link found in your subscription confirmation emails.
  • The 48-Hour Cut-Off: To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Missed Cancellations: If you fail to cancel before the 48-hour cut-off and your subscription order is billed and shipped, it cannot be canceled in transit. You must receive the package and initiate a standard return, which will be subject to our standard return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

3. Artisan & High-Ticket Pre-Orders

High-demand aerospace hardware or artisan-crafted heavy metal pieces are often offered as "Pre-Orders" while inventory is being manufactured or imported.

  • Reservation: When securing a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it arrives at our Canadian fulfillment center. You may be charged a deposit or the full amount at checkout to secure your allocation.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order at any time before the item has been processed for final shipment. Once the pre-ordered item has been fulfilled and dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, and standard Return Policy rules apply.

4. Trial Programs (Try Before You Buy)

This program is only applicable to select, explicitly marked collections. If you purchase an eligible "Try Before You Buy" item, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method. You have a specific trial period (indicated at checkout) to evaluate the item. If the item is not initiated for return before the end of the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged for the full retail amount.

5. B2B, Wholesale & Dropship Cancellations (Instant Lock)

Commercial Finality: Once a B2B, wholesale, or dropshipping order is placed and accepted into our fulfillment queue, it is considered final and non-cancellable. Due to the automated routing of our API/CSV fulfillment feeds for the SAMA Direct Dropship Program, dropship orders bypass the retail 12-hour grace period and are instantly locked for dispatch. Wholesale and commercial orders cannot be canceled or modified post-submission under any circumstances.

6. Force Majeure & System Limitations

Sairam Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Supply chain disruptions, manufacturing delays, or unforeseen Force Majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, or labor strikes).
  • Inventory errors or pricing inaccuracies.
  • Suspected fraud or policy abuse.

In the event of a cancellation initiated by us due to these factors, your sole remedy is a full refund of the amount paid for the affected items. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages resulting from an order cancellation.
