What is the return policy for wholesale and dropship orders?
Individual dropship orders routed through our retail site are covered by our standard SAMA Homes retail return policy. However, high-volume bulk B2B and commercial wholesale orders are strictly final sale. Damaged or defective commercial items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for account credit or replacement.
