Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Sairam Solutions Ltd. (operating as SAMA Homes), we take pride in the precision craftsmanship, quality, and transparency of our products. This Return & Refund Policy explains the return, refund, cancellation, shipping, customs, and warranty procedures that apply to purchases from Sairam Solutions Ltd. through SAMA Homes.

This policy forms part of the terms governing purchases from Sairam Solutions Ltd. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right, remedy, guarantee, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under the law applicable to a particular transaction.

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies and conflicts with this policy, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

1. Return Period — Retail Customers

For direct-to-consumer retail purchases, SAMA Homes offers a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products, subject always to any mandatory statutory rights applicable to the transaction.

30-Day Physical Receipt Deadline: For SAMA Homes' voluntary 30-day return program, the returned product must be physically delivered to our designated return facility within 30 days from the date the original order was marked as delivered by the courier. Initiating a return request late in the 30-day period does not, by itself, extend this voluntary return deadline.

If a return is delivered after the applicable voluntary return deadline, or otherwise fails to qualify under this policy, SAMA Homes may reject the return and, where reasonably practicable, return the item to the sender at the sender's expense.

To qualify for the voluntary 30-day return program, products must generally be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
  • In original, sealed, and reasonably pristine retail packaging;
  • In resalable condition with tags, barcodes, protective materials, and accessories intact;
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase; and
  • Returned in accordance with the return authorization procedure below.

The voluntary 30-day return program does not override any mandatory statutory return, cancellation, warranty, or consumer-right provisions applicable to a particular customer or jurisdiction.

2. Non-Returnable or Restricted Items

Certain products may be excluded from SAMA Homes' voluntary change-of-mind return program because of hygiene, safety, personalization, perishability, product condition, or other legitimate reasons. These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Digital gift cards, once issued or delivered;
  • Precision shaving hardware, including safety razors, straight razors, blades, and shaving brushes, once used or where a statutory hygiene exception applies;
  • Copper drinkware, dispensers, and hydration vessels once used, filled with liquid, or otherwise put into service, subject to applicable statutory rights;
  • Skincare, soaps, alum blocks, grooming liquids, and similar hygiene products after opening or use where applicable law permits exclusion;
  • Aromatherapy candles and wellness goods after use;
  • Personalized, engraved, custom-made, or specially manufactured items, except where defective or where applicable law provides otherwise;
  • Items expressly identified as final sale before purchase.

Important: A product being listed as non-returnable or final sale does not eliminate a customer's mandatory legal rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or otherwise legally non-conforming goods.

Natural Materials, Patina, Smell and Appearance: Authentic copper, brass, Kansa, bronze, cast iron, wood, and other natural or handcrafted materials may develop patina, oxidation, tarnishing, natural surface variation, grain variation, and inherent material or packaging odors. These characteristics do not, by themselves, constitute manufacturing defects.

Complaints based solely on the natural appearance, oxidation, patina, smell, grain, or other inherent characteristics of genuine natural materials are not treated as manufacturing defects. Where a customer seeks to return an item solely because of a personal aesthetic or material preference, the return will be treated as a customer-initiated return subject to the applicable return rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, dishwasher use, prolonged soaking, exposure to unsuitable liquids, improper assembly, accidental impact, or failure to follow published care instructions may be excluded from return, warranty, replacement, or refund eligibility to the extent permitted by law.

2A. Handcrafted Characteristics & Material Disclosures

Handcrafted & Material Characteristics: Many SAMA Homes products are individually formed, finished, polished, hammered, assembled, or otherwise handled by artisans. Because pure copper and other soft metals can show minor marks from manufacturing and handling, minor surface scratches, finishing marks, polishing marks, slight abrasions, or small aesthetic variations may occur.

Minor alignment differences in hand-applied components, including protective pads, seals, or other accessories, may also occur and do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

These ordinary handcrafted characteristics do not affect intended functionality and are not considered manufacturing defects unless they materially affect the product's intended performance, structural integrity, or safety.

Cap Engineering & Material Disclosures: Certain products require synthetic polymer, silicone, rubber, plastic, stainless steel, brass, or other components to achieve a functional seal or mechanical operation. SAMA Homes discloses relevant product-material information through product pages and, where applicable, through its Material Transparency Disclosure.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the available product specifications and material information before purchase. A personal objection to a material that was disclosed before purchase is generally treated as a customer preference or change-of-mind issue, rather than a defect, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

2B. Copper Dispenser Tap Installation & Assembly Misuse

Our copper water dispensers are designed with specialized tap assemblies that may include seals, washers, nuts, valves, and other components necessary to reduce leakage.

Because highly pure copper is a relatively soft and malleable metal, the tap assembly should be tightened by hand and should not be overtightened with a wrench, pliers, or other tools unless expressly instructed by SAMA Homes.

Damage caused by excessive force, overtightening, cross-threading, improper installation, use of tools contrary to the instructions, or modification of the dispenser may not be treated as a manufacturing defect and may be excluded from warranty, replacement, or refund eligibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Return Authorization Required

All voluntary returns must be approved in advance. To request a return, contact connect@samahomes.ca.

If the return is approved, SAMA Homes will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization number.

Return Shipment Deadline: Unless a different statutory deadline applies, an approved voluntary return must generally be handed to the courier and receive a shipment scan within 14 days of the return authorization being issued.

Returns sent without authorization, sent to an incorrect facility, or otherwise not following the instructions provided may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense where reasonably practicable.

Strictly No In-Person Drop-Offs: Our Chestermere fulfillment facility is not a public retail location. Returns must be shipped through an approved tracked courier service. Hand-delivered returns are not accepted.

Return Authorization Does Not Equal Refund Approval: Issuing a return authorization, return instructions, or a return address does not constitute final approval of a refund. Returned goods remain subject to inspection and verification against this policy and any applicable statutory requirements.

3A. Partial Returns, Missing Components & Packaging Damage

Where permitted by applicable law, returned products should include all original components, accessories, lids, retail boxes, protective inserts, tags, promotional items, and other materials supplied with the order.

Missing components, substantial damage caused by the customer, or material damage to retail packaging may reduce the amount of any voluntary refund where the reduction reflects actual diminished value and is permitted by applicable law.

If only part of an order is returned, any approved refund will be calculated based on the products actually returned and accepted.

3B. Communications and Policy Exceptions

Customer-service communications should be interpreted consistently with this policy. A customer-service representative may provide assistance, clarification, replacement parts, troubleshooting, or a proposed goodwill resolution without changing the general terms of this policy.

Any permanent or material exception to this policy must be expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Sairam Solutions Ltd.

Nothing in this section limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

4. Order Issues, Damage, Missing Items, Incorrect Orders & Defects

A. Shipping Damage, Missing Items & Incorrect Orders:

Customers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery and notify SAMA Homes as soon as reasonably possible if an order appears damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

For courier-damage claims, customers should provide clear photographs and, where possible, video of the affected product and the exterior shipping packaging, including the shipping label. This information is necessary to help SAMA Homes investigate the carrier claim.

Failure to provide timely evidence may affect our ability to pursue a carrier claim but does not, by itself, eliminate any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

B. Manufacturing Defects:

Manufacturing defects should be reported promptly to connect@samahomes.ca.

SAMA Homes may request photographs, videos, product measurements, testing information, or return of the product for inspection before determining whether the reported issue is a manufacturing defect.

Where a verified manufacturing defect exists, SAMA Homes may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

C. Eco-Friendly and Reused Packaging:

In support of our zero-waste practices, SAMA Homes may reuse exterior shipping boxes and protective materials. Reused packaging may show previous shipping marks, labels, dents, cardboard variation, or natural warehouse/packaging odors.

Minor damage or cosmetic wear to exterior shipping packaging that does not materially damage the purchased product does not by itself constitute a product defect.

5. Return Transit Risk, Shipping Costs & Undeliverable Packages

A. Return Transit Risk:

For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to the designated SAMA Homes return facility. Customers should use tracked shipping and should retain proof of shipment and delivery.

SAMA Homes is not responsible for a customer-initiated return that is lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged while being returned to us, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

B. Our Error or Verified Defect:

Where SAMA Homes is responsible for the issue or a manufacturing defect has been verified, SAMA Homes will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law. Where SAMA Homes provides a prepaid return label, the applicable return costs are covered by SAMA Homes.

C. Customer-Initiated Voluntary Returns & Free Shipping Revocation:

For voluntary customer-initiated returns that are not caused by a defect, incorrect shipment, or other SAMA Homes error, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost where permitted by applicable law. For voluntary returns under SAMA Homes' own 30-day return program, a 10% restocking and inspection fee will apply where permitted. Furthermore, "Free Shipping" is a conditional promotion contingent upon the successful completion of the sale. If you return an order that qualified for free outbound shipping, the actual, documented cost that SAMA Homes paid to the courier to initially ship your package will be retroactively deducted from your final refund, where permitted by law.

D. Undeliverable, Bounced or Customer-Caused Returns:

If a shipment is returned to SAMA Homes because the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, used an incompatible delivery address, failed to collect the parcel, refused delivery for a reason unrelated to a valid statutory right, failed to provide required delivery information, or otherwise caused the shipment to be returned, SAMA Homes may deduct the actual documented and legally recoverable costs associated with the return, including applicable carrier return charges, brokerage, storage, handling, and original shipping costs, subject to applicable law.

SAMA Homes does not automatically re-ship a returned order at its own expense. A new shipping charge may apply for any requested re-shipment unless the return resulted from an error by SAMA Homes.

6. International Orders, Customs Duties, Taxes & Refused or Returned Shipments

International Customs Responsibility: Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, tariffs, handling fees, storage fees, or other destination-country charges.

These charges are imposed by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or other third party and are outside SAMA Homes' control.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for applicable destination-country import charges unless the checkout specifically states that those charges are included.

Customs Clearance: Customers may be required to provide information or documentation reasonably necessary for customs clearance. Failure to provide requested information may delay delivery or result in the shipment being returned or otherwise disposed of by the carrier or destination authority.

Customs Delays: Customs inspections, regulatory review, clearance delays, carrier processing delays, and destination-country requirements are outside SAMA Homes' control. Estimated transit times are not guarantees of customs clearance.

Customer Refusal, Abandonment & Forced Returns (Customs Refusal):

Refusing to accept a parcel, refusing to pay applicable import duties or taxes, failing to collect a shipment from a customs office or carrier depot, or failing to provide information required for delivery does not absolve you of financial responsibility. It constitutes a "Forced Return."

If a shipment is returned because of these circumstances, SAMA Homes will deduct the following actual, documented, non-recoverable costs from your final refund:

  • Actual Courier Return Freight: The exact return shipping rate charged back to SAMA Homes by the international courier to return the parcel to our Alberta facility (which is billed at standard commercial rates and often exceeds outbound promotional rates);
  • Customs & Brokerage Clearance Charges: Non-recoverable carrier return brokerage fees and import processing fees incurred upon Canadian re-entry;
  • Revoked Outbound Shipping Subsidy: If your order was shipped under a "Free Shipping" promotion, this promotion is immediately voided upon customs refusal. The actual, documented outbound shipping fees paid by SAMA Homes to initially dispatch your package will be deducted from your refund.

Total Value Forfeiture (Zero Refund Balance): If the accrued courier return freight and customs administrative charges equal or exceed the total product purchase price plus original shipping, or if the destination customs authority seizes or destroys the package due to non-payment of duty, the shipment is considered completely forfeited. No refund, partial credit, or chargeback reimbursement will be issued under any circumstances.

No Guarantee of Import Charges: SAMA Homes does not guarantee the amount of duties, taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or customs charges assessed by a destination country.

Customer-Paid Import Charges: Customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and other destination charges paid directly by the customer to a carrier, broker, customs authority, or government agency are separate from the amount paid to SAMA Homes. Customers should consult the relevant authority regarding whether such charges may be refundable under local law.

7. Exchanges

SAMA Homes generally does not offer direct exchanges for customer preference or change-of-mind requests.

Where permitted by applicable law, customers seeking a different product may return the original product under the applicable return process and place a new order.

Defective or incorrectly supplied products will be handled according to the applicable remedy requirements.

8. European Union & UK Consumer Withdrawal and Cancellation Rights

Mandatory Consumer Rights: Where EU or UK consumer protection law applies to a transaction, SAMA Homes will comply with the mandatory statutory rights applicable to that transaction. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict a right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

European Union: Eligible consumers purchasing goods through a distance contract generally have a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory exceptions. For goods, the period generally runs from the date the consumer or a designated third party physically obtains possession of the goods.

United Kingdom: Eligible consumers purchasing goods through a distance contract generally have 14 days to notify the trader that they wish to cancel, followed by the applicable statutory period for returning the goods.

Customer Return Costs: Where the consumer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation and SAMA Homes properly disclosed before purchase that the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, the customer is responsible for those direct return costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Original Delivery Charges: Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, SAMA Homes will reimburse the standard delivery charge originally paid, to the extent required by applicable law. Any premium paid for an upgraded delivery service above the standard delivery option may be excluded where permitted by law.

Refund Timing: Where a valid statutory withdrawal/cancellation is exercised, SAMA Homes will process the applicable refund within the time required by the law governing the transaction. Where permitted by law, SAMA Homes may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or the customer provides satisfactory evidence that they have been returned.

Withdrawal by Refusal at Customs (DHL/Couriers):

Simply refusing to accept an international parcel or refusing to pay import duties does not automatically constitute a valid exercise of a statutory withdrawal right. If you exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to pay domestic import duties/VAT or refusing carrier delivery, the transaction remains subject to statutory return freight rules. The actual return freight invoice billed by the carrier to return the refused parcel to Canada constitutes your direct cost of return. Furthermore, refusing a package at customs immediately voids any "Free Shipping" promotional subsidy applied to your order. Both the actual return carrier shipping fees AND the actual outbound shipping costs incurred by SAMA Homes will be deducted in full from your statutory refund. If the combined cost of the outbound and return freight exceeds the value of the order, no refund will be issued.

EU/UK Consumer Legal Guarantee: Where applicable EU or UK consumer law provides mandatory remedies for defective, non-conforming, or misdescribed goods, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.

Handling of Goods: Customers exercising a statutory withdrawal/cancellation right may inspect goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning as they would be able to do in a physical store. Where applicable law permits a reduction in reimbursement because of handling beyond what is necessary, SAMA Homes reserves the right to apply the legally permitted reduction.

Hygiene Exceptions: Certain sealed products may be excluded from a statutory withdrawal right when applicable law specifically provides an exception for goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene after the seal has been broken. Any such exception will be applied only where and to the extent permitted by the law applicable to the transaction.

Withdrawal/Cancellation Notice: Where required by applicable law, SAMA Homes will provide the relevant statutory withdrawal/cancellation information and any legally required model form or instructions.

9. Refund Processing & Inspection Timelines

Eligible returned goods may be inspected after receipt at our designated facility.

For SAMA Homes' voluntary returns, please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days after delivery to our facility for inspection where reasonably practicable. The inspection may verify condition, completeness, usage, packaging, product identity, and eligibility for the requested remedy.

Where a statutory refund deadline applies, SAMA Homes will comply with the applicable statutory deadline even if the internal inspection process differs from the voluntary return process described above.

For voluntary returns, if a product is found to have been used, damaged, materially altered, or returned without required components, SAMA Homes may reduce or deny the voluntary refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or the payment provider's rules.

Once SAMA Homes has issued an approved refund, the timing for funds to appear in the customer's account is controlled in part by the payment provider, financial institution, or card network.

9A. Refunds for Third-Party Financing and Installment Services

If an order was paid through Klarna, PayPal, or another third-party financing or installment service, any approved refund will normally be processed through the original payment method or payment provider.

SAMA Homes does not control the customer's payment schedule, installment calculations, interest, financing terms, or timing of funds appearing in the customer's account after the refund is processed.

Any dispute, claim, or refund determination made by a third-party payment provider remains subject to that provider's own terms and procedures.

10. Order Cancellations

SAMA Homes maintains a fast fulfillment process. Standard retail orders may generally be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been processed for fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead be subject to the applicable return process.

Nothing in this section limits a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right that applies under the law governing the transaction.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sairam Solutions Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of a product.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where permitted by law, Sairam Solutions Ltd.'s aggregate liability arising from a particular product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

12. Product Use, Specific Risks & Product Disclaimers

Products should be used in accordance with applicable instructions, warnings, care guides, and reasonable safety practices.

Sairam Solutions Ltd. does not make medical, therapeutic, healing, spiritual, financial, or guaranteed outcome claims regarding its products.

References to traditional or cultural practices, including Ayurvedic practices such as Tamra Jal, are provided for educational and cultural context and are not presented as medical treatment or a substitute for professional medical advice.

Precision Grooming & Hardware: Safety razors, straight razors, blades, and similar grooming tools are sharp instruments. Customers are responsible for careful handling, appropriate assembly, storage, and use.

Aromatherapy & Fire Safety: Candles and other products involving open flame or heat must be used in accordance with normal fire-safety practices and manufacturer instructions.

Copper Drinkware & Water Chemistry: Unlined copper is a reactive metal. Customers are responsible for following the published care and usage instructions, including recommendations concerning appropriate liquids and storage durations.

Natural Skin Reactions: Copper jewelry and other copper products may cause temporary skin discoloration in some individuals as a result of individual skin chemistry, moisture, sweat, and environmental factors. Such discoloration does not by itself indicate a manufacturing defect.

Vastu, Astrological, Spiritual and Wellness Products: SAMA Homes does not guarantee spiritual, energetic, financial, medical, or other particular outcomes from these products.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory consumer rights relating to product safety, conformity, defects, or legally required remedies.

13. Third-Party Brands & Manufacturer Warranties

Sairam Solutions Ltd. may sell products manufactured by third-party brands, including authorized brands distributed through SAMA Homes.

Where a third-party manufacturer provides a warranty, SAMA Homes may assist the customer with the manufacturer's warranty process as appropriate.

Nothing in this section removes a customer's mandatory statutory consumer rights against the seller where such rights apply.

14. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Sairam Solutions Ltd. takes payment disputes seriously and maintains records reasonably necessary to investigate disputed transactions.

For a payment dispute, SAMA Homes may provide relevant order records, product information, tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, return records, customs records, photographs, invoices, and applicable terms that were presented to the customer.

Physical Goods: Where a package has been delivered, SAMA Homes may provide the carrier's proof of delivery and other supporting evidence to the payment provider.

Customs Refusal Chargebacks (Klarna, PayPal & Credit Cards):

Filing an "Item Not Received" (INR) dispute, a "Significantly Not As Described" (SNAD) claim, or a chargeback with your bank, Klarna, or PayPal because an international package was held for duty payment, or because you refused to pay local import charges, constitutes fraudulent misuse of the payment network's buyer protection program. Tracking data proving the package arrived at the destination country's customs portal serves as absolute proof of fulfillment. If a chargeback is filed under these circumstances, Sairam Solutions Ltd. will submit this binding policy, your IP checkout logs, and the courier's tracking history directly to Klarna, PayPal, or the issuing bank to immediately invalidate the claim, recover all funds, and deduct the resulting return freight charges.

However, payment disputes are determined by the relevant payment network, card issuer, bank, PayPal, Klarna, or other payment provider under its own rules. SAMA Homes does not represent that this website policy alone guarantees a particular dispute outcome.

SAMA Homes reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to restrict or refuse future orders from customers who engage in repeated abusive return behavior, documented fraud, or repeated payment disputes inconsistent with the transaction history.

15. Severability

If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to comply with applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

16. Policy Updates

Sairam Solutions Ltd. may update or modify this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published. The version of the policy applicable to the customer's transaction will remain relevant to that transaction.

17. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of another jurisdiction apply to the transaction and cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. B2B, Wholesale & Dropshipping Terms

This section applies to businesses, retailers, resellers, wholesalers, marketplace sellers, and dropshipping partners purchasing products for commercial resale, including orders placed through wholesale programs, Faire, Syncee, direct B2B arrangements, or the SAMA Direct Dropship Program.

  • Commercial Sales: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commercial purchases are not eligible for ordinary consumer buyer's-remorse returns.
  • Downstream Customer Responsibility: The B2B partner or dropshipper is responsible for managing its own end-customer relationship, including its advertised return policy, pricing, customer-service promises, and downstream refunds.
  • Unilateral Downstream Refunds: If a B2B partner or dropshipper voluntarily refunds an end customer for a reason that does not result from a verified SAMA Homes defect or other agreed responsibility of SAMA Homes, that refund does not automatically create a reimbursement obligation for SAMA Homes.
  • Downstream Chargebacks: A dispute between an end consumer and a B2B partner/dropshipper does not automatically create a right to a refund from SAMA Homes.
  • Transit Delays: SAMA Homes is responsible for timely dispatch according to the agreed fulfillment terms but does not guarantee the internal transit time of an independent courier. Carrier delays do not automatically qualify a commercial order for refund before the carrier investigation or insurance process is completed.
  • Label Created / Missed Scans: If a parcel has been dispatched but the carrier tracking does not immediately show an origin scan, SAMA Homes may require a carrier investigation before determining whether the parcel is actually lost.
  • End-Consumer Address Errors: The B2B partner or dropshipper is responsible for providing the correct final shipping address. Returns, misdeliveries, address corrections, and related carrier charges caused by inaccurate customer information may be charged to the B2B partner.
  • Commercial Defect Claims: Verified commercial defects will generally be resolved through replacement, replacement parts, repair, or wholesale account credit, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
  • Claim Deadline: Damage, missing products, incorrect products, or visible transit issues should be reported promptly after delivery with photographs and evidence requested by SAMA Homes.
  • Handcrafted Variations: Minor cosmetic differences, natural material variation, patina, finishing variation, inner-rim marks, minor base-pad differences, and other ordinary handcrafted characteristics are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial Finality: Orders placed for resale are governed by the agreed B2B terms and are not governed by consumer withdrawal rights that apply only to consumers purchasing for personal use.

19. International Checkout & Customs Acknowledgement

For international orders, SAMA Homes may display the following notice at checkout:

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL ORDER NOTICE: Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, tariffs, storage charges, and other destination-country fees. These amounts are determined by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or broker and are generally separate from the amount paid to SAMA Homes.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you may be responsible for destination-country import charges and that refusing, abandoning, or failing to collect a shipment may result in additional carrier and return costs.

Where permitted by applicable law, actual documented costs arising from a customer-caused return may be deducted from any refund.
