Our headquarters cannot process refunds or provide tracking for orders not placed directly on samahomes.ca.

2. Hours of Operation & Response Times

Our client concierge team operates out of our Canadian headquarters and strives to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours. Please note that response times are not guaranteed during high-volume periods, holidays, or major promotional drops.

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time).
  • Closures: We are closed on weekends and all statutory holidays in Alberta, Canada.
