Important Support Policies & 2026 Dispatch Calendar
1. Urgent: 12-Hour Cancellation Lock & 24-Hour Transit Damage Protocol
12-Hour Order Modification / Cancellation Window: Because our Chestermere warehouse processes orders rapidly, we operate on a strict 12-hour cancellation and address-change window from the timestamp of purchase. Once an order passes 12 hours or is handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
24-Hour Transit Damage Protocol: In the rare event of carrier transit damage or missing items, you must email connect@samahomes.ca within 24 hours of the courier delivery scan. Your email must include three clear photos: (1) the unused damaged item, (2) the exterior shipping box showing impact, and (3) the courier shipping label with tracking number.
2. 30-Day Unused Returns, Hygiene Final-Sale Rules & Third-Party Resellers
30-Day Unused Return Policy (10% Restocking Fee): Unused, unwashed, factory-sealed items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery (subject to a 10% inspection/restocking fee; shipping charges are non-refundable). For strict health and sanitary protection, any water bottle, dispenser, Kansa dinner set, safety razor, blade pack, brush, clipper, or grooming product that has been unsealed, rinsed, washed, or used is 100% Final Sale.
Third-Party Reseller Boundary: If you purchased a product from a third-party dropshipper or external boutique, you must contact the seller you purchased from directly. Sairam Solutions Ltd. assumes zero liability for end-consumer returns, customs disputes, or claims generated by third-party resellers.
