Expert Knowledge Base

Does SAMA Homes ship internationally to the Nordics, Europe, Americas, and APAC?+

Yes. We operate a direct-to-consumer fulfillment network dispatching from Chestermere, Alberta, Canada, providing priority air freight globally. Please note: All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The recipient is legally responsible for local import VAT and customs clearance fees. Parcels refused at customs are subject to actual courier return freight deductions.

What is your return policy and transit damage protocol?+

Orders operate on a strict 12-hour cancellation window. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original eco-packaging, subject to return freight and restocking fees. In the rare event of transit damage, you must notify us within exactly 24 hours of the courier delivery timestamp with clear photos of the damaged product, the exterior shipping box showing impact, and the courier label.

Why is buying directly from SAMA Homes more affordable than local boutiques?+

As a family-owned direct manufacturer and authorized master stockist, we explicitly bypass the 400% retail markups charged by third-party dropshippers. You receive authentic, lab-tested, heirloom-quality craftsmanship and professional hardware shipped straight from the source.
