Help Devotees Manu & Satarupa Rebuild Their Woodshed
A wildfire destroyed their woodshed and tools — we’re helping them rebuild before winter.
Their Story
A year ago, our dear friends Manu, Satarupa, and their young son Nikunja lost their woodshed in a wildfire that devastated Saranagati Village in the BC interior. Thankfully, their home was spared.
But the woodshed is an essential part of off-grid living. They lost over $20,000 worth of tools and supplies. After building a temporary carport last winter to protect the wood they use for heating, a strong storm blew it away. Now, as winter returns, they urgently need a permanent structure to store their firewood and keep warm.
Manu and his family have always lived simply, sustainably, and in service to others. This winter, they need our help to rebuild this vital part of their home.
